What is the wearability of the products?
For the fit and size of our products, please refer to the dedicated pages of the individual products. Inside you will find all the information you need to be able to shop safely.
can I order samples?
All our products are available for purchase from the website as samples.
However, we cannot offer free samples of any of our products.
Is it possible to change the payment method of my order?
We do not have the possibility to change the payment method after confirming the order.
The accepted payment methods are Visa®, Mastercard® credit cards, and PayPal System; the payment channel will be selectable during the purchase confirmation phase.
If you have activated the return procedure, the refund will be processed in the same way in which the payment was made.
Is the shipping service free?
We don't have the option to offer free shipping. Shipping costs are always reported during the checkout procedure.
How much do shipments cost?
Shipping costs will be determined by the volume of your order.
We currently offer a type of shipment that we believe is the best in relation to quality / price and delivery times.
We rely on the TNT-FedEX carrier and the related costs are highlighted at the time of check-out in the order summary phase and will differ according to the quantities ordered and the respective destinations.
Can you use my company's shipping account?
We cannot use other carriers to process your order.

What happens if my order is missing items?
If you receive an order that is missing some items, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the shipment.
If we have not processed your order with due accuracy, we will be happy to send you the missing items with a second free shipping.
If the notification of incomplete shipment has not occurred within the three working days following the receipt of the goods, we will not be able to authorize additional orders.
Returns and Withdrawals
What is our withdrawal policy?
Our customers can cancel or return the order from the date of issue and up to 14 days after receiving the ordered items.
The garments must return to their original state, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with the labels attached.
The refund includes the standard shipping costs possibly incurred unless the Customer decides to keep some items, canceling the order only partially, in which case the shipping costs will not be refunded. A portion of € 20 or 20% of the amount (the greater condition) will be retained as a duty on the reconditioning of the returned products. The goods must be returned in the same packaging with which it was received.
Please include a copy of the invoice received for documentary confirmation.
What is our return policy?
Produce Sinapsi guarantees a refund for all returned items, provided that they are returned in the same conditions in which they were at the time of receipt by the Customer.
The articles must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (excluding the normal test) and the labels and tags must be intact. How can I send the goods back?
After completing the required form you will be contacted by the customer service and you will receive instructions by mail to proceed with the return.
Please ask to take utmost care in handling the items. If the goods are damaged, dirty, washed, stained, altered, worn or without labels and tags, we will not be able to process the refund.
Produce Sinapsi is in no way responsible for the loss of the goods during the return shipment.
What to do in case of an error in the order?
If the order does not respond correctly to what was ordered, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0039-0331 73 05 28 and we will find an immediate solution.
How I will be refunded?
After receiving the goods and checking its status, you will receive a refund relating to the purchase price excluding shipping costs, directly and with the same purchase method used for the purchase.
Credit to current account or credit card, refund via Paypal.
Our commitment is to process refunds in the shortest time possible but we ask for collaboration in giving us 2 weeks from the date of return of the goods at our office.
You will receive an email notification regarding the refund status once finalized.
What is the exchange policy?
If you want to change the items ordered, we recommend that you proceed with a new order on our website and request a refund for the items to be changed by following the procedures described above.
We remind you that the items will be produced on customer request and may not be ready, for this reason it is possible that the new order will have to wait for a new production..
Can you modify my order?
We cannot modify confirmed and paid orders, nor those not yet shipped.
The industrial philosophy that we apply bases our production on sales, this does not currently allow us to accept changes.
Are international refunds (Extra EU) authorized?
International refunds are not authorized, sales to - EEC and non-EEC countries are considered definitive.
