General Informations

The fabrics for sale on the Produce Sinapsi shop have limited availability which is constantly updated within the platform.
As for the items in the fabric collections and in the general showcase, we invite you to contact our offices directly.
All product data sheets contain useful information to be able to complete orders or purchases safely.

All of our products are available for purchase from as samples.
However, we cannot offer free samples of any of our products except for proven needs or private agreements.

We do not have the ability to change the payment method after confirming the order.
The accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard credit cards and PayPal System. The payment channel will be selectable during the purchase confirmation phase.
If you have activated the return procedure, the refund will be processed in the same way as the payment was made.

Delivery

We do not have the ability to offer free shipping. Shipping costs are always reported during the checkout process and are calculated according to our contracts with freight forwarders.

Shipping costs will be determined by the volume of your order.
We currently offer a type of shipment that we believe is the best in quality / price ratio and delivery times.
We rely on the carrier TNT-FedEX and the related costs are highlighted at the time of check-out in the order summary phase and will differ according to the quantities ordered and the respective destinations.

Produce Sinapsi offers international shipments.
Such deliveries will be guaranteed by TNT-FedEX.
Produce Sinapsi is in no way responsible for taxes, customs duties and other expenses due to customs clearance of goods outside the European Community.
The customer will be responsible for the costs, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
The time required to receive the package will depend on the customs office and the related customs clearance time for which we cannot guarantee certain times.

With regard to purchases made at our digital shop, it is not possible for us to offer the possibility of using a third party carrier.

If you want to order a fabric among those in the general window, we can organize the shipment by booking the transport using your subscription code.
During the contact phase you will tell us which credentials are useful for using your subscription.

If you receive an order that is missing some items, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
In case we have not fulfilled your order with due care, we will be happy to send you the missing items with a second free shipping.
If the notification of incomplete shipment has not occurred within three working days following receipt of the goods, we will not be able to authorize additional orders.

We cannot modify confirmed and paid orders, nor those not yet shipped.
The industrial philosophy that we apply bases our production on sales, this does not currently allow us to accept changes.

Returns and withdrawals

Our customers can cancel or return the order from the date of issue and up to 14 days after receiving the items ordered.
The fabrics must be returned to our premises in their original state, uncut, altered or washed.

We guarantee the possibility of canceling your purchase up to 14 days after receiving the ordered items.

The refund includes the standard shipping costs that may be incurred unless the Customer decides to keep some items, only partially canceling the order, in which case the shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the returned goods do not present defects or problems attributable to Produce Sinapsi, a fee of 20 euros will be withheld as a duty on the reconditioning of the returned fabrics.

The goods must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or in an appropriate one.
Please include a copy of the invoice received as proof of documentary confirmation.

Produce Sinapsi guarantees reimbursement for all returned items, provided that they are returned in the same condition in which they were at the time of receipt by the Customer.
Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed or altered.
We ask you for cooperation in returning products with suitable packaging.
If the item received is defective, please contact Produce Sinapsi immediately in the returns and withdrawal form and fill out the complaint form in which to indicate which defects are found.

Please we ask you to take the utmost care in handling the items. If the goods are returned damaged, dirty, washed, stained, altered, worn or without labels and tags, we will not be able to process the refund.

After receiving the goods and verifying their status, you will receive a refund on the purchase price excluding shipping costs, directly and with the same purchase method used for the purchase.
Credit to current account or credit card, refund via Paypal.
Our commitment is to process refunds as quickly as possible but we ask for your cooperation in granting us 2 weeks from the date the goods are returned to our office.
You will receive an email notification regarding the status of the refund once finalized.

If you wish to change the items ordered, we recommend that you place a new order on our website and request a refund for the items to be changed following the methods described above.
We remind you that the items will be produced at the customer’s request and may not be ready, for this reason it is possible that the new order will have to wait for a new production.

International refunds are authorized, sales to – EEC and non-EEC countries are considered definitive.
