Legally capable natural persons aged 18 or over with delivery addresses in the following countries can place an order:

Produce Sinapsi reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute and / or dispute relating to a previous order.

The purchase prices are those indicated on the Site at the date of the order, these values will be detailed for each item and will include current VAT.
Shipping costs will be presented to the customer during the order conclusion procedure and referred to the country of destination of the goods with the addition of any customs clearance duties required.

In the event that the goods were in the production phase or were not available immediately for delivery, for the reasons and as better detailed in the following section, the delivery times will be specified from time to time in the technical descriptions and in the specifications of the item. purchased.
Delivery can take place within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
In case of delays or accidents in relation to the supply, which involve an extension of the times declared during the purchase or an unavailability of the products, the customer will be immediately informed and if he does not accept the new delivery times, the price paid will be immediately returned. , with the exclusion of any further damage.
The customer will be required to pay the shipping costs in relation to the destination of the goods, in addition to any customs clearance charges.
These costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.
In the case of non-EU shipments, customers will also have to pay customs duties and any extra taxation generated by the order in reference to the provisions of their National Customs.
These costs are neither paid nor quantified upon receipt of the order and in no case are they included in the price paid for the products.

The billing address may differ from the shipping address.

After two delivery attempts without receipt, the customer must contact the transport agency to independently proceed with the collection and delivery at the location where the purchased goods are stored.

The Seller guarantees the Customer, pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 44/99 / EC and of the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), that the goods will be free of design and material defects, as well as conform to the descriptions published on the website.
The guarantee of conformity is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer, provided that the product is used correctly by the Customer, and provided that the non-compliance is reported within the deadline of two months from date on which the Customer became aware of it.
Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within six months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the lack of conformity. The direct action to assert the defects not intentionally concealed by the seller is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods.
The Customer lapses the guarantee in case of use or washing of the goods that do not conform to that of the goods and the instructions / warnings provided in this regard or reported in the reference illustrative documentation, tags and labels.

The burden of reporting any defects and non-conformities can be fulfilled by sending to the Seller’s address, by e-mail to the address the appropriate Withdrawal form under warranty made available to the Customer in the reserved area or sent by e-mail, correctly filled in, with an indication of the defect and / or non-conformities found, as well as the relative documentation indicated in the form itself (at least 1 photograph of the asset, the order confirmation sent by the Seller and / or the tax receipt).
Following the receipt of the form / declaration together with the attachments, the Seller, after a preliminary and summary assessment of the defects and non-conformities reported, Produce Sinapsi will authorize the return of the good (s) indicating the “Return Code” by communicating to the address email indicated in the warranty service form.
Any rejection of the request will be adequately motivated.
The Return Code must be affixed to the “Return goods for warranty service” form, inserted inside the return package which must also contain the goods, possibly with original packaging, as well as a copy of the return authorization notice and must be sent within 14 days of reporting the defect or non-compliance.
The goods which Produce Sinapsi has authorized the return must be delivered by the Customer by means of an agreed courier at the expense of Produce Sinapsi or at the expense of the Customer, if by other means.
The authorization to return the goods will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, which will be ascertained upon the outcome of the examination of the goods upon their return to the warehouse.
If no defect is found, the goods will be returned within 30 days of receipt, with delivery costs charged to the customer.
If the actual existence of the defect is found, the Seller will propose to the Customer one of the following remedies:
1. repair, without expenses (except for the objective impossibility or excessive burden);
2. replacement, free of charge (except for the objective impossibility or excessive burden);
3. price reduction;
4. full refund of the price paid, with retention of the goods in the warehouse.
If the remedy of the replacement of the goods or partial refund of the price paid is chosen by the Customer, the return of the goods to the Customer will be carried out by the Seller within the following 10 days.
When the remedy for the repair of the goods is chosen by the Customer, after intervention in assistance, the Seller will notify the Customer of the outcome of the repair within the following 20 days.
The return to the Customer, at the Seller’s expense, will take place within the next 10 days. In the event that the Seller is required to refund the Customer in full the price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, by the same means of payment used by the Customer when purchasing the goods or by bank transfer within 14 days. following the notification of reimbursement or the transmission of bank details.
It will therefore be the Customer’s responsibility to communicate to the Seller, at, the bank details to make the transfer in his favor. A minor lack of conformity that has not been possible or is excessively burdensome to carry out the remedies for repair or replacement does not give the right to terminate the contract.

Produce Sinapsi constantly adopts measures aimed at ensuring that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, including the adoption of technological solutions to minimize inaccuracies, however, possible variations due to the software and hardware used by the Customer remain.
The seller will not be responsible for any inadequacy of the graphic representations of products shown on the site if it is due to technical reasons as the representations have a purely illustrative function.
